teamsamenstelling en trainingsagenda volgend seizoen / team composition and training agenda

De HTC is alweer druk bezig met de teamsamenstelling en trainingsagenda van volgend seizoen. Wij willen jullie alvast informeren over de belangrijke data rondom de samenstelling van de teams voor volgend jaar:

Afsluiting huidig seizoen:

De uiterste deadline voor opzeggen is 1 juni. Voor de teamsamenstelling is het van belang dat opzeggingen zo vroeg mogelijk binnen zijn. Bij opzegging na deze datum is lidmaatschap voor volgend seizoen verschuldigd.
Op maandag 10 juni maken wij de voorlopige teamindelingen voor komend seizoen bekend.
Indien er zwaarwegende redenen zijn, is er op donderdag 13 juni gelegenheid om op afspraak met ons te spreken over de teamindeling van het desbetreffende lid.
Op maandag 17 juni maken wij de definitieve teamindelingen bekend.
Van de week van 17 juni tot en met de week van 8 juli, wordt er nog vier weken getraind in de nieuwe teamsamenstellingen. De traini ngsschema's worden in de week daarvoor gecommuniceerd.
Op vrijdag 28 juni organiseren we de wereldberoemde bitterballenavond: Van 18.00-20.00 uur worden alle nieuwe teams verwacht en is er gelegenheid om met elkaar de nieuwe teambegeleiders en (waar nodig) coaches voor het komende seizoen vast te stellen.

Als een team twee scheidsrechters, een coach en manager heeft, meldt men dit bij één van de HTC-leden en ontvangt het team een schaal bitterballen. Voor de ouders is dit gelijk een mooi moment om met elkaar kennis te maken.
In de zomervakantie van 15 juli tot en met 25 augustus zijn er geen trainingen, tenzij anders afgesproken met de HTC en de trainer/coach.

Volgend seizoen:

In de zomervakantie wordt gewerkt aan een trainingsschema voor komend seizoen. Deze wordt uiterlijk de week van 12 augustus aan jullie doorgegeven.
Op zaterdag 31 augustus is de feestelijke startdag van het seizoen, meer info volgt maar zet deze vast in je agenda!
Vanaf maandag 26 augustus starten alle trainingen weer.
Op zaterdag 7 september start de competitie voor de senioren en junioren en op 14 september voor de jongste jeugd
Alle teams ontvangen nog een uitnodiging om de club- en keepersmaterialen schoon/gewassen in te leveren. In de zomervakantie ontvangen de teams dan een bericht met een uitnodiging om nieuwe clubmaterialen weer op te halen.

Als laatste willen we jullie graag wijzen op de mogelijkheid om ook mee te doen met de hockey7 competitie. Zie hiervoor de bijgevoegde flyer. Voel je vrij deze ook te delen met kennissen voor wie dit leuk zou zijn.

The HTC is already busy with the team composition and training agenda for next season. We would like to inform you in advance about the important dates surrounding the composition of the teams for next year:

Closing of current season:

The final deadline for membership cancellation is June 1. It is important for the team composition that cancellations are received as early as possible. If you cancel after this date, membership for next season is due.
On Monday, June 10, we will announce the provisional team compositions for next season.
If there are compelling reasons, there is an opportunity to discuss the team composition with us by appointment on Thursday, June 13.
On Monday, June 17, we will announce the final team compositions.
From the week of June 17 to the week of July 8, four more weeks of training will take place in the new team compositions. The training schedules will be communicated the week before.
On Friday, June 28, we will organize the world-famous bitterballen evening: From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, all new teams are expected and there will be an opportunity to jointly determine the new team supervisors and (where necessary) coaches for the coming season. If a team has two referees, a coach and a manager, this should be reported to one of the HTC members and the team will receive a bowl of bitterballen. This is a great moment for the parents to get to know each other.
During the summer holidays from July 15 to August 25, there are no training sessions, unless otherwise agreed with the HTC and the trainer/coach.

Next season:

During the summer holidays, we are working on a training schedule for the coming season. This will be passed on to you no later than the week of August 12.
Saturday, August 31st is the festive kick off day of the season, more information will follow, but mark it in your calendar already!
All training sessions will start again from Monday, August 26th.
The competition for seniors and juniors starts on Saturday, September 7 and for the youngest youth on September 14. All teams receive an invitation to return the club and goalkeeper materials clean/washed. During the summer holidays, the teams will receive a message with an invitation to pick up new club materials.

Lastly we would like to get your attention for the attached flyer on the Hockey7 competition. This is a low key way to pick up hockey (again). Feel free to share it with anyone for whom this might be of interest.
